Step 1 : Select a frame and clean up the background in PS
Remove people and extra FX, leave just the building

Step 2: Model the environment assets
Keep the model simple, textures will provide the details


Step 3: Project the cleaned image onto the building using camera projection
Make sure the model is properly UV-mapped before projection


Hypershade & UV map
The texture may look strange, but from the camera’s angle it will appear correct.
